Warranty Duration:

UK Imperial Artificial Grass Limited provides a warranty period of 10 years from the date of completion of the installation. During this period, we guarantee that our artificial grass will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

UV Protection:

Our artificial grass is designed to withstand the harsh effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation. We provide UV protection for a period of 10 years, ensuring that the colour and integrity of the grass will not significantly deteriorate due to sun exposure. Please note that excessive exposure to UV rays, such as from reflective surfaces or extreme weather conditions, may have an impact on the lifespan of the grass

Maintenance Requirements:

To keep your warranty valid, we require a minimum of one maintenance service to be performed on your artificial grass installation annually. However, we strongly recommend scheduling two maintenance services per year. This regular maintenance helps to preserve the quality and appearance of your artificial grass, ensuring its longevity and performance.

Weed Growth:

We make every effort to protect your artificial grass installation against weed growth. However, please note that airborne weed seeds may settle on the surface over time, leading to the possibility of weed growth. It is important to understand that airborne weeds are not covered by this warranty.
we also do not cover weed growth on the sides and boundaries of the artificial grass.

To help prevent weed growth, we recommend scheduling two maintenance services per year. Our maintenance services include weed control measures to minimize the chances of weed growth on your artificial grass. It is essential to adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule to maximize the warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages or issues caused by:

1. Negligence, misuse, or improper installation by the customer or any third party.
2. Accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature.
3. Changes to the original installation, including alterations, repairs, or modifications made without our prior written consent.
4. Failure to adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule.
5. Usage of inappropriate cleaning agents or chemicals that may damage the artificial grass.

Warranty Claim Process:

In the event that you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please follow the steps below to initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact UK Imperial Artificial Grass Limited at the provided contact information within 30 days of noticing the issue.
2. Provide a detailed description of the problem, along with supporting documentation such as photographs.

Please note that any repairs or replacements performed under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability:

Transferability:

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the artificial grass installation is located, provided that the transfer is conducted in accordance with our terms and conditions.
